These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of meense.com and any related services provided by MEENSE (“MEENSE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account, submitting information, or otherwise using our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using the Services or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under the laws applicable to you.
If you permit a minor to access the Services using your device, account, or payment method, you are responsible for that use to the extent permitted by law.
You may not use the Services or any product purchased through MEENSE for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to violate any applicable federal, state, or local law while using the Services.

You are responsible for reviewing the information you submit before completing a transaction.
MEENSE is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately.
Product pages may contain:
- photographs;
- videos;
- dimensions;
- specifications;
- descriptions;
- compatibility information;
- instructions;
- colors;
- available variants; and
- other product information.
Actual appearance may vary slightly because of differences in screens, lighting, manufacturing batches, photography, or other reasonable product variations.
We may correct, update, modify, or discontinue product information when appropriate.
Nothing in this section permits MEENSE to materially misrepresent a product.
If we discover a material error affecting an order before fulfillment, we may contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include correcting the order or canceling and refunding it.
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products and variants are offered subject to availability.
We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to:
- limit quantities;
- discontinue products;
- modify available variants;
- restrict purchases reasonably suspected to involve resale, fraud, abuse, or unauthorized commercial activity; or
- refuse an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been accepted for processing.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance.
Receiving an automated order confirmation does not prevent MEENSE from reviewing an order for:
- payment verification;
- inventory availability;
- suspected fraud;
- pricing or listing errors;
- delivery limitations; or
- other legitimate operational reasons.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is evidence of:
- fraud;
- unauthorized payment;
- pricing error;
- product unavailability;
- prohibited resale activity;
- abuse of promotions;
- suspicious transaction activity; or
- inability to deliver the order.
If MEENSE cancels an order after payment has been successfully collected and the customer is entitled to a refund, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the applicable payment method.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact:

We will attempt to accommodate the request if fulfillment has not yet begun.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
After delivery, eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights that applicable law requires.
7. PRICES
Prices displayed on the website may change at any time before an order is placed.
Once an order has been accepted, the price applicable to that transaction is generally the price shown at the time the order was submitted, subject to correction of clear errors as permitted by law.
We may offer:

- discount codes;
- bundles;
- limited-time offers;
- quantity-based pricing; or
- other promotions.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms disclosed with the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined.
8. PRICING ERRORS

MEENSE reserves the right to correct genuine errors.
If a material pricing or listing error is discovered after an order is submitted, we may contact the customer before fulfillment and provide an appropriate resolution.
Where we cancel an affected paid order, the amount properly refundable will be returned.
We will not knowingly use fictitious pricing errors or misleading reference prices to avoid honoring legitimate orders.
9. TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
Applicable sales taxes or other charges collected directly by MEENSE will be displayed where required.
Any shipping costs collected by MEENSE will be presented before completion of checkout.
Certain government, import, carrier, or third-party charges may depend on the applicable shipping arrangement and are governed by our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
10. PAYMENT
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- the information provided is accurate;
- you are authorized to use the selected payment method; and
- the transaction is authorized by the applicable account holder.
Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment service providers.
MEENSE does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials when those credentials are processed directly by an authorized payment provider.
We may delay, decline, or cancel a transaction where reasonably necessary for payment verification, fraud prevention, or security.
11. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping, processing, tracking, address errors, lost packages, delivery estimates, and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery estimates are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
MEENSE does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless we expressly state that a delivery date is guaranteed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any shipping-delay, cancellation, or refund rights provided by applicable law.
12. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, defective products, damaged products, incorrect items, change-of-mind returns, and other post-purchase remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our voluntary return policy is separate from any consumer rights or warranties that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
13. PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for using products:
- for their intended purpose;
- according to applicable instructions;
- according to reasonable safety precautions; and
- in a manner consistent with product warnings or limitations.
MEENSE is not responsible for damage resulting solely from misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use outside a product's reasonably intended purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
14. WARRANTIES
Certain warranties or consumer protections may arise under applicable state or federal law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Unless MEENSE expressly provides a separate written product warranty, no additional written warranty is created by these Terms.
Product descriptions, advertising statements, and other representations remain subject to applicable law.
15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We may modify, suspend, restrict, update, or discontinue portions of the website or Services from time to time.
We do not guarantee that:
- the website will always be available;
- every feature will always remain available;
- access will be uninterrupted; or
- the website will be completely free from technical errors.
Temporary interruption may occur because of:
- maintenance;
- technical issues;
- security incidents;
- provider outages;
- updates; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by MEENSE.

If you voluntarily send us:

- reviews;
- comments;
- feedback;
- photographs;
- videos; or
- other submissions,
you represent that you have the legal right to submit that material.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you grant MEENSE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute voluntarily submitted feedback or content for legitimate business purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to MEENSE.
We are not required to use, publish, or respond to unsolicited submissions.

These Terms, together with the policies and terms referenced herein, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and purchases made through MEENSE.

If MEENSE later establishes a specific legal entity and governing state for its United States operations, this section may be updated accordingly.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and MEENSE are encouraged, but not required, to attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication.
